The idea for CrossFit Otoyo Strength started after seeing first-hand the devastating effects of the demographic shift this rural town has gone through over the last 40 years.
CrossFit Otoyo Strength strives to:
1) promote health and wellness to the local ageing population,
2) provide a community for those who live here and,
3) put Otoyo on the map so this mountain economy can be sustained by visitors to the town.
Our fitness retreat-style facility includes a riverside house for rent as well as an event space with a fire pit. The facility is scheduled to open in 2022. Until then we are operating in a temporary location. Contact info@otoyostrength.com to find out more.
